It takes time for publishers to review your materials. We respond to all queries, proposals, poetry submissions, and manuscripts.

We do want a proposal.
We do not take simultaneous submissions and we do not publish previously published material.
If you submit items on our list of things that we do not publish then we will not publish it. Double check here before submitting.
Do not regular mail anything that we have not requested. Email all submissions as per the guidelines here.
Make sure that your proposal and book are error free.
Ensure that your proposal includes a clear and concise summary of the book.
Include your real name and valid contact information.
We will respond to your queries and proposals through email so be sure to check your inbox (and spam or junk folder).
Please do not take rejection personally. As a small publisher we can only take a few books a year. Unfortunately that means that we must reject the majority of proposals.

Understand our marketing policy.
We intend to market our books, make as many sales as possible and provide regular, personal assistance to our contracted authors.
We offer our books at discounted rates to bookstores and other retailers.
We do not promise, allude to, or guarantee the amount of sales, success, or profits of your book.
We expect our authors to promote their books through methods that include book signings, interviews, talks and other venues in-person and online.
We expect our authors to inform us of their marketing activites so that we can support them through our website and blog, and potentially offering promotions or discounts.
